Through our website you can order repeat prescriptions online, make and cancel appointments, change your name and address, as well as find out all the up-to-date information about what is happening in the Surgery.

Improved Access – Hub Appointments

You may have read in the news that GP surgeries across the country are launching a new service to offer additional appointments to patients across evenings and weekends.

Bridge Street Surgery is excited to announce that we are now one of 21 local GP surgeries who are working together to offer additional appointments to our patients.

The additional appointments are now available at our hubs in Kings Lynn or Swaffham

Travel Advice.

Please can all patients be aware that our nurses are unable to give out any travel advice over the phone. For more advice about what to do should you want more immediate travel advice, please refer to this page: Travel.

Repeat Prescriptions.

Please can patients be aware that we are unable to take orders for prescriptions/repeat prescriptions over the phone apart from in exceptional circumstances. If you need to order a prescription, either hand in your repeat prescription slip or what you would like to reorder on a piece of paper. Thank you for your cooperation.


Ordering Prescriptions and Booking Appointments Online.

For users of our online services, we are pleased to say that this service has been continued. We are extremely pleased to announce some appointments with your GP can now be booked online. These appointments can be booked up to 24 hours in advance, so please feel free to use this service (you will need to register for the service at the Practice first). You are still able to order prescriptions online. To book an appointment or order a repeat prescription, please click HERE (this will redirect you to another page). You can find out information about medical conditions and diseases through our patient information leaflets as well as keep up to date with all the latest practice news and developments.  You can also allow the nurses to collect travel information by using the Travel Form.
